EDHECinfra Index Release: 2020 Year in Review

In this webinar, we will review the risk-adjusted performance of unlisted infrastructure companies in 2020 using the latest EDHECinfra Index Release computed as of the end December 2020.

The webinar will contrast the risk and return profiles of the various infrastructure segments and illustrate the importance of having a granular view on the characteristics (TICCS) of unlisted infrastructure investments.

We will also emphasise the importance of using a “fair valuation” approach to assess the risks in this asset class and will demonstrate the sophistication of the EDHECinfra valuation methodology. The webinar will show how infrastructure valuations were impacted over the year by different components of the commonly used discounted cash flow approach, i.e., cash flows, risk premia and interest rates.
