infraMetrics Workshop 2022, Toronto

The 2022 InfraMetrics Workshop is an in-person event for investment professionals focusing on how to invest in infrastructure and, in direct relation to that, how to use the infraMetrics data platform to make better-informed investment decisions.

Dr Frederic Blanc-Brude, Director and founder of EDHECinfra, will discuss asset and fund manager selection and performance monitoring, benchmark design for fund GPs and LPs, and how to measure fair value in unlisted infrastructure equity and debt. The talk includes practical examples using the infraMetrics database, including analysing the cash flows of infrastructure companies and the impact of inflation, picking the correct discount rate and risk premia for different types of assets, and measuring risk and performance in a portfolio of private illiquid assets like infrastructure.
