John Lappin investigates if the net zero consensus is under threat. He referred to the Open Letter to Stuart Kirk, by Noël Amenc, Ph.D. and Frédéric Blanc-Brude, Ph.D., where they questioned Kirk’s ‘theoretical and empirical consistency’.

Unknown unknowns are a thing….Institutional investors see their very existence in many jurisdictions as conditioned by their ability to take the non-financial consequences of their investment into account”, Mr. Lappin quoted Dr Amenc and Dr. Blanc-Brude in the article.
